Cari Associati, vi scrivo da Kitzbuehl, rinomata località turistica alpina. Trovandomi per caso a cena in un ristorante di un hotel del piccolo centro per un piccolo lavoretto, ho colto sulla mia tavola un depliant che promuoveva i ristoranti della località! ... Il maitre mi dice che è molto bello offrire ai propri ospiti possibilità di pranzare in qualche altro locale, perche ciò ci permette di migliorare la nostra offerta! Il depliant indica varie informazioni sui percorsi e le tappe ritorative consigliate con i menu a prezzo fisso per gli ospiti dell'hotel in tutti i rifugi e le baite della valle! Dal direttore ho saputo che questa iniziativa viene adottata come servizio standard da quasi tutti gli hotel, che possono cosi dimostrare ancora più "servizio", inserendo l'offerta come un proprio servizio "no-cost" e provvedendo alla prenotazione se necessario! Da anni credo fortemente in questa tipo di "cultura" (quella del far "uscire" gli ospiti di casa per sperimentare il territorio") che, al di la degli stili e le identità nazionali, riesce a mettere insieme il valore di un luogo e a programmare migliori criteri di servizio e cura nell'accoglienza. Confido vivamente che potremo intervenire operativamente su questo tema, anche per indicare e promuovere nuovi criteri con cui si può dare respiro alle potenzialità di servizio della "rete italiana"...un caro saluto, MC
